Display Options
There are two customization options under Display Options that affect the information displayed on the Idle Screen: Display Name and Clock.
The Display Name shows the device name in the upper left corner of the Idle Screen. You have the option of hiding it.
The Clock display shows the system time and date in the upper right corner of the Idle Screen. You have the option of showing a clock with either a 12-hour format, a 24-hour format, or no clock at all.
Go to the admin portal and select a device from the Devices list. The Device Settings screen appears.
Scroll down to Display Options.
To hide the Display Name, de-select Show display name. It is on by default.
Select Apply.
Go to the admin portal and select a device from the Devices list. The Device Settings screen appears.
Scroll down to Display Options.
To set the Clock display to 24-hour format, click 24hr. It is set to 12hr by default.
To hide the clock de-select Show clock. It is on by default.
Select Apply.
