How to Export Pod IDs for Subscription Renewal
Whether you use Solstice Cloud or Solstice Dashboard to manage your organization's Solstice Pods, you can quickly export the unique IDs and other pertinent information for all your Pods to a CSV file that helps your Mersive representative suggest the best Solstice subscription renewal package for your organization.
How to Export Pod IDs to a CSV File
In Solstice Cloud
Log in to Solstice Cloud. In the left sidebar, expand the Monitor section and select Deployment.
Beneath the Pod information listed in the Deployment table, click Export to CSV. This exports information for every Pod currently listed in the table.
To sort the Pods with lapsed subscription periods together at the top of the Deployment table, click the Status column header before exporting the CSV file.
Save the CSV file containing your Pod IDs, then send it as an attachment to your Mersive representative at renew@mersive.com.
In Solstice Dashboard:
Locate the list of Your Solstice Instances on the left side of the Solstice Dashboard app.
Right-click any of the Pods and select Export all displays to file from the menu. This exports information for all of the Pods in your instances list no matter what category they appear in.
Save the CSV file containing your Pod IDs, then send it as an attachment to your Mersive representative at renew@mersive.com.
